We help you with your group stay
The many facilities at KonceptHotel and the many opportunities for activities right outside the door make us a perfect starting point for groups of 10 people or more.
We have made it easy and flexible for you to put together your group stay.
Choose the type of accommodation that suits you best and make any additional purchases on top of that.
The starter package is always incl. our delicious large hotel breakfast buffet, which is served weekdays between 07.00 – 10.00. Holidays/weekends between 08.00 – 10.00
All meals are served in Café Filsø.
Additional purchases from our kitchen
Lunch can be purchased and served at 12 (unless otherwise agreed).
Make your own packed lunches can be purchased and made from our breakfast buffet.
Dinner can be purchased and served at 18.00 (unless otherwise agreed).
Lunch and dinner are served according to the chef’s choice.
If you want a private room to relax, it can be purchased as an extra.
It is possible to bring your own drinks in private rooms. Drinks must be purchased from us during dining.

TV with DR channels.
A private room with its own fridge for drinks and or food can be purchased for DKK 500 per day.
There is an option for charging your car (Clever).
