ABOUT THE HOTEL
Surrounded by nature, we offer the ideal setting for an active stay – or the perfect place to unwind and relax. Our friendly staff is always ready to make sure you feel at home.
KonceptHotel features 33 Comfort Rooms that can be used as either single or double rooms.
We have one family room with space for up to 4 people,
three family apartments with two bedrooms and a living area,
and one large family apartment with room for 6 guests. This apartment includes three bedrooms, a living area, a lounge, and two bathrooms.
All rooms are equipped with a table and chairs that can be used for dining or as a workspace. Each room also includes a small fridge and an electric kettle with instant coffee and tea.
At KonceptHotel, you’ll find a wide range of facilities: laundry access, free parking, EV charging stations, bike rentals, a fitness room, and a large activity area with foosball, table tennis, billiards, and a lounge with an extended TV package.
In our lovely garden, you’ll find a large playground for the little ones, picnic tables, and a fire hut – perfect for extending those magical evenings outdoors.
Useful information and house rules
- We have rooms suitable for guests with allergies and disabilities.
- You can charge your electric vehicle via Clever (payment or Clever subscription required).
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
- You are welcome to use our guest kitchen and outdoor fire hut with grill – just remember to clean up after yourself.
- To reduce our environmental impact, we do not automatically clean rooms for guests staying more than one night. However, we provide fresh towels every three days.
- Late check-out available for 200 DKK until 15:00. Subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Early check-in available from 11:00 for 200 DKK. Also subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- We are a dog-friendly hotel. You’re welcome to bring your furry friend for 200 DKK per dog, per stay.
- Washer and dryer available on site – 25 DKK per wash/dry cycle.
- Room cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before arrival with a 200 DKK admin fee per room.
- For cancellations made later than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the booking will be charged.

- KonceptHotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in rooms or out of windows is strictly prohibited and will result in a 1500 DKK fine.
- Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of 1000 DKK.
